Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a booking fee (deposit) is required.

* Booking Fee: All booking fees are non-refundable but are fully transferable if you reschedule your appointment within our policy.

* Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment time.

* Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, you must contact the salon and provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

* No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notifying the salon will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
